If you live anywhere near Prince William County—or if you’ve been keeping an eye on the Northern Virginia real estate market—you know that NOVA Live (what many of us locals still call Farm Brew Live) is a huge hit.

Between the concerts at The Yard, the food at The Black Sheep, and the beers at 2 Silos, it is easily one of the best spots in the area. But for years, it had one major problem: The logistics.

You’d have an awesome night out, but eventually, you’d have to cut it short to drive home or wait twenty minutes for a rideshare to take you to a basic hotel miles away.

As of 2026, that problem is officially gone.

According to a recent report by the Washington Business Journal, a transformative vision for Dulles International Airport (IAD) is beginning to take shape. Following a high-profile call for "rebuilding" the facility by the Trump administration, over half a dozen major firms have submitted bold—and sometimes controversial—proposals to reshape the Northern Virginia landmark.

The proposals come in response to a December 2025 solicitation from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), seeking concepts that would modernize an airport the President previously described as "not a good airport at all."
