If you live anywhere near Prince William County—or if you’ve been keeping an eye on the Northern Virginia real estate market—you know that NOVA Live (what many of us locals still call Farm Brew Live) is a huge hit.

Between the concerts at The Yard, the food at The Black Sheep, and the beers at 2 Silos, it is easily one of the best spots in the area. But for years, it had one major problem: The logistics.

You’d have an awesome night out, but eventually, you’d have to cut it short to drive home or wait twenty minutes for a rideshare to take you to a basic hotel miles away.

As of 2026, that problem is officially gone.

The Missing Piece of the Puzzle

On December 29th, the Tempo by Hilton Manassas officially opened its doors, just in time to ring in the new year. Located at 9849 Discovery Boulevard, this isn't just another hotel opening; it is the final piece that transforms the campus into a true "resort-style" destination.

Now, you can go to a wedding, catch a concert, or enjoy a few drinks, and simply walk across the lot to your room. It creates a level of walkability that is honestly pretty rare for Manassas.

What’s Inside? (It’s Not Just a Place to Sleep)

Tempo is one of Hilton’s newer "lifestyle" brands. It moves away from the stuffy business-trip vibe and focuses on a modern, boutique experience. Here is what makes it stand out:

  • "Get Ready Zones": The rooms are designed with bright, well-lit spaces and large mirrors specifically for getting ready before a night out. This is a massive win for the huge number of wedding groups that book venues at NOVA Live.

  • Wellness Rooms: You don’t have to skip leg day while traveling. Some rooms come equipped with a Peloton bike right inside the suite.

  • Moon Song Café: Located in the open lobby, this spot serves coffee, tea, and breakfast options to get your morning started.

Coming Soon: The Repeal Speakeasy

While the hotel is open now, the real excitement is coming later in early 2026. They are preparing to open the Repeal Speakeasy, a main bar with a 1920s feel and craft cocktails. This adds yet another nightlife layer to the campus, making it a self-contained weekend getaway spot.

What This Means for Prince William County Real Estate

You might be thinking, "Chris, it’s just a hotel. Why does this matter for real estate?"

Amenities drive value.

This development locks in Manassas as a top destination in Northern Virginia. It’s a significant upgrade for business travelers visiting nearby Innovation Park, and it turns local weddings into full weekend events.

When a community gets this type of high-level development, it changes how people perceive the area. It gives people more reasons to move here and stay here—and historically, that is exactly the type of momentum that pushes home values up.

Prince William County is leveling up. If you are looking to buy in this area, this is the kind of growth you want to see.
