Netflix Finalizes Lease in Washington, D.C. — Why This Could Be a Huge Win for Downtown

Netflix has officially finalized a lease for nearly 19,000 square feet in downtown Washington, D.C., marking another major investment in the city's urban core.
According to the Washington Business Journal, the streaming giant signed a lease inside the historic Woodies Building at 1025 F Street NW, where the company plans to create a unique combination of office space, screening rooms, event space, reception areas, and theaters.
The location sits just blocks from Capital One Arena, the National Portrait Gallery, and many of downtown D.C.'s most visited destinations.
