About Chris Colgan

I'm Chris Colgan, a top-producing Realtor with the Chris Colgan Team at EXP Realty. I've lived in Northern Virginia my whole life—I'm the only wacko that's been born here. Back in the '90s, my family owned Colgan Airways, then my dad and grandfather bought a gas station and Ford dealership here in Marshall. They didn't really like it, so they lasted about 2 years and got back into the airline business. Now I've got an office right on Main Street Marshall with the big skeleton guy outside. The church bells ring every hour on the hour—it's charming as hell. My niece just bought a house in Marshall and is marrying the sheriff's son, so my family's got deep roots in Fauquier County. Most of my clients find me through YouTube, and I help people figure out if Marshall's value proposition—$700K-$900K new builds versus $1.3M in Brambleton—is worth the 13-15 minute commute to Haymarket or data center jobs.
