The move marks a major new chapter for one of Northern Virginia’s most visible real estate teams and social media brands.

I am excited to officially announce that the Chris Colgan Team has joined Real Brokerage.

The move brings our team of 28 real estate agents to Real and expands the company’s presence throughout Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

Our team is currently on pace to close approximately $150 million in real estate sales this year, serving buyers, sellers and investors across Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William and Arlington counties, as well as Alexandria and the surrounding D.C. region.

This is a major milestone for our company, but it is also the beginning of our next chapter.
