Manassas, VA – One of Northern Virginia’s favorite food trucks is about to become a full-time local fixture. Flavor Hive Truck announced on Instagram that they have secured a permanent home at 10831 Promenade Lane, Manassas, VA — the former Arby’s location near the Promenade shopping center.
The announcement, which quickly racked up more than 3,000 likes, outlined their first official hours:

Construction Confirmation
Beyond the Instagram post, one of the owners personally confirmed via text to local real estate broker Chris Colgan that construction at the old Arby’s site will begin soon. This signals that the truck’s transition to a sit-down restaurant is officially moving forward.
Why It Matters
For years, Flavor Hive has drawn crowds with their bold flavors and creative takes on street food. The move to a permanent space means fans can expect longer hours, indoor seating, and a more consistent menu. The Promenade Lane location also puts them in a prime corridor for both Manassas locals and commuters looking for a late-night bite.
Even the owner of Stage Door Dance School, located nearby, told me they are “super pumped to have some new restaurants in the Balls Ford area.” That kind of enthusiasm underscores just how much the community has been waiting for a food destination like this.
What’s Next
With construction starting, locals should expect the spot to evolve quickly. For now, Flavor Hive Truck will continue serving while they build out the space — and if their Instagram following is any indication, the community is more than ready to line up.
