Walkable Northern Virginia neighborhood with shops, cafes, and pedestrians on the sidewalk

Not all walkable neighborhoods in Northern Virginia are created equal. One was founded in 1749 and you genuinely don't need a car to live there. Another is a brand new development where the walkable lifestyle won't fully exist until 2027 or 2028. Some have Metro every few blocks, and some have no Metro at all.
