Woodbridge has always had the location. What it has never had is a reason to stay.
I've been selling real estate in Northern Virginia for over 22 years. In that time, I've watched thousands of buyers settle for Woodbridge as a price-point compromise — close enough to DC, affordable enough to make the math work, but rarely the place anyone chose because they were excited about it.
