Apple Store, Carvana, Starbucks, pretty much everything. Can buy a condo around $300K to a townhouse and walk right over to the shopping center. Really cool shopping center. Chris came out one time—DeLorean there, doing a Back to the Future screening, people dressed up, pretty amazing. If you've never been in Alamo Drafthouse, definitely check it out.

You obviously have the golf course that Chris mentioned, and of course, right over there is the Potomac River, but they are also getting their own VRE station, which will be huge; you can ride that straight into the Pentagon. And then, of course, they are getting their own Town Center. So you've got golf, Town Center, transportation, pretty much anything and everything you could want in a neighborhood. No wonder this neighborhood has been so popular. The future VRE station at Potomac Shores is a big deal because you can ride it straight to the Pentagon, plus they're getting their own Town Center, so it's the complete package.
How is the location and commute from Woodbridge?
One of the main things that makes this one of the best suburbs of Washington, DC, is going to be the location. Chris is standing by the Stonebridge shopping center and can hear Interstate 95. You can actually take I-95 right up to Washington, DC, and it's only about a 25-minute drive, of course, if there's no traffic. But you can also ride there to get the Metro in Springfield or places like Fort Belvoir, Arlington, Loudoun County; there are all kinds of places you can go there as well. Or you can head south, and that would be Quantico Marine Base and Stafford, Virginia, as well. So the location is absolutely killer, and there are plenty of VRE stops and public buses as well. This is definitely a bedroom community of Washington; most people who live here either work in Arlington or in the city, like at the Pentagon, places like that. And then of course, I-95 is only two minutes away here, so it's a perfect location. It's a golf course community that's been consistently popular for two decades now, which really speaks to the quality and appeal of the neighborhood. The combination of mature landscaping, excellent amenities, and proximity to I-95 makes it a top choice for buyers looking in the Dumfries/Woodbridge area.

Another town that you might want to consider would be Manassas, Virginia.
