Super Easy Process.
First time selling a house, and Chris and his team made it ridiculously easy. He was able to answer all of my questions (and there were a lot), provide recommendations for anything I needed, and was extremely personable. He was also able to get an offer on my house at the asking price within a week of it being on the market. Super easy process, and would definitely recommend Chris as a realtor to anyone and everyone!
