Something has changed in the Northern Virginia housing market.

Buyers have not disappeared.

But they are acting very differently.

Homes that might have received multiple offers almost immediately a few years ago are now sitting longer, getting price reductions, or losing buyers over things that used to be ignored.

And at the same time, some homes are still selling quickly.

That is what makes this market so interesting.
