One of Northern Virginia’s biggest development debates could soon reach the edge of one of its most important protected natural areas.
According to the Prince William Times, federal officials are considering a potential land swap involving property along the western boundary of Prince William Forest Park, a move that could potentially help facilitate a large data center development near the park.
The proposal reportedly involves Quantico Ridge, a project that has included plans for four data center buildings reaching up to 100 feet tall, along with a new electrical substation.
