Prince William Supervisors Greenlight 700+ New Homes Along Vint Hill Road Corridor
Posted by Chris Colgan on
The Prince William Board of County Supervisors approved two major residential developments in the Brentsville District Tuesday, adding more than 700 housing units to the Vint Hill Road corridor — with last-minute proffer adjustments shaped by community pushback.
Why it matters: This is a significant addition to Prince William County's housing inventory along a corridor that's been quietly absorbing growth pressure for years. The projects: Both were brought forward by JR Real Estate Group.
