The fitness scene in Northern Virginia is about to get a major upgrade. Onelife Fitness, one of the region’s most recognized health club brands, is officially headed to the Mosaic District in Fairfax.

According to the Washington Business Journal, the McLean-based company has signed a lease with developer Edens for a 53,000-square-foot facility at 2910 District Avenue, directly above True Food Kitchen. The new space was previously occupied by Custom Ink, which transitioned to remote operations several years ago.

This new location marks a significant milestone in Onelife’s regional growth, adding to its expanding network of nearly 30 gyms across Greater Washington.
