Like especially like Ashurn areas where I live and Gainesville, Hay Market, they're just not. But like Arlington, Reston, Tyson's definitely walkable for sure." (14:55)

What's Reston Town Center like?

"During the winter, they have an ice skating rink and then when the summer it's not being used and they do a lot of cool things like that, right? Um in the summer when it's not being used, they do all kinds of like concerts here. Pretty much anything and everything going on." (13:09) "You've got a lot of restaurants, a movie theater. There's kids running around. People got their dogs out. There's just always something to do." (13:27) "This is like where the ice skating rink is. And then you see this big chest set. Then you see security." (13:42) "Look at all these like different restaurants, shops. I mean, this place is really cool and it's all like one big center. So, you have apartments, condos, town homes, pretty much anything around here." (14:00)

What's Lake Anne Plaza and why is it special?

"Robert Simon bought 6,750 acres. Now, guys, you're going to be really shocked when we come over here as well, cuz you're going to see this beautiful lake area here. And this is just um simply stunning." (20:17) "Keep in mind, this was built in the '60s, but you got all kinds of people over there grabbing coffee. Look at that water straight ahead. You've got all the water over here as well. And it's just a simply cool spot." (20:32) "You can rent a boat here as well to take out on the water. And like I said, you're not going to be taking no sort of uh speedboat over here, but you've got plenty to do." (21:01) "Lake and Brew House, all kinds. Got the barber shops. Is Reston good for families?

"This is the Reston Hospital and Center in case you might be working here. This is a really cool hospital. Really nice. It's actually where we've had two kids, and this is where me and my wife would go for all the doctor's appointments." (16:39) "This is a really cool hospital center. Really nice professional and like everyone that works here is super super nice. And then there's all kinds of different like medical buildings, facilities, doctors over here as well."
