About Chris Colgan

I'm Chris Colgan, a top-producing Realtor with the Chris Colgan Team at EXP Realty. I've lived in Northern Virginia my whole life and I've sold a lot of townhomes in Reston Town Center over the years. My wife and I had two kids at Reston Hospital Center, so I know the medical facilities here really well. I've worked with tons of Microsoft people, Volkswagen America employees, Leidos contractors, pretty much every major employer in Reston. My team and I are Northern Virginia experts and we pretty much sell it all, from $300K condos to multi-million dollar waterfront properties. Most of my clients find me through YouTube, and we help people figure out if Reston's walkability and metro access justify the price versus newer construction in Ashburn or Gainesville. We jump on a Zoom, go through the home buying process, and help you find the perfect area whether you're relocating or already live here. Reston's unique in Northern Virginia for combining tech jobs, metro access, and actual walkability, it's legitimately one of the few places where you don't need a car.
