Kathy Campbell

Born and raised in a quaint town in Illinois as the youngest of eight siblings, Kathy has explored nearly every state in the U.S., with Alaska being the exception. Virginia ultimately captured her heart, becoming the place to raise her son, Cash, who is now nearly 18 years old.

For 17 years, Kathy worked with Morton Buildings Inc., designing and selling pre-engineered structures across Illinois, Maryland, and Virginia. In 2014, she transitioned into real estate and became a licensed broker in 2019. Helping clients buy and sell homes in Virginia has become one of her greatest joys.

From 2020 to 2023, Kathy served as the East Fairfax District Board Supervisor in Culpeper County, demonstrating a strong commitment to the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cheering on her son at football games, and prioritizing physical, emotional, and mental well-being through regular exercise.

A proud member of Our Lady of the Blue Ridge Catholic Church in Madison, Virginia, since 2005, Kathy draws strength from her deep faith in Jesus and values surrounding herself with positive, uplifting people. Known for her infectious laugh, Kathy brings warmth and enthusiasm to every interaction.
